Labyrinth & Art Immersion GOLD COAST
Labyrinth & Art Immersion
Where soul healing, meditation, Art & Labyrinth journeying meet.
Come on a journey through the Labyrinth into the silence of the soul. Soften into your heart essence connecting with yourself and others. Awaken your creative potential & tap into your inner wisdom through art exploration.
Tania will lead you into the Labyrinth with the awareness that walking the Labyrinth is a deeply individual spiritual experience, so much so, that each Labyrinth journey is unique. It brings into focus release, receive, and return, or in other words going within to create clarity of emotion and thoughts.
Following the Labyrinth journey, Melissa will lead you through an art expression session, to express your experience through art.
What is a Labyrinth?
The Labyrinth is a walking meditation, a path of prayer and an archetypal blueprint where psyche meets Spirit. It has only one path that leads from the outer edge in a circuitous way to the centre. There are no tricks to it and no dead ends. Unlike a maze where you lose your way, the Labyrinth is a spiritual tool that can help you find your way. The Labyrinth is an ancient pattern found in many cultures around the world. Labyrinth designs were found on pottery, tablets, and tiles that date as far back as 5000 years. (Veriditas.org)
Going into the Labyrinth is a metaphor for the journey of life. It brings to light ‘oneness’. It is symbolic of transcendence and transformation, that is to say, moving in to meet what is needed, and as it arises accepting this aspect of self, and whereby moving outward in celebration of self-awareness.
A Labyrinth is physically mapped out on the ground, and can be made from stones, sticks, greenery or other objects to create the walls, usually in a large scale, that has one way in and one way out. In this session we will use a 5 metre textile labyrinth handmade by Tania, that will be laid on the ground.
This journey is aimed at beginners with no experience necessary.

Testimonials for Melissa Carey:
"Melissa’s art workshop was an incredible experience. This inspiring space really encouraged me, both to let go and be bold, as I moved through the fear of not painting beautiful enough. It helped me welcome joyful and spontaneous expression. I learned a variety of techniques, worked with vibrant colours and tools. Kept the momentum by moving the body to music, and last but not least, connected more deeply to my feelings and left feeling inspired!" - Angela
“I attended Melissa's workshop twice, it was really interesting and I loved this new way of looking at my emotions. For a person who considers herself non-creative, I had a lot of fun and really enjoyed expressing anger through destroying and burning my painting. I highly recommend it for everyone!” - Chloe
“The art workshop I attended with Mel was a lot of fun. For me painting was very frustrating and Mel was very supportive, inspiring and assisted me with bringing out my anger onto the canvas. It's a joy seeing her teach, as the love she has for art and inspiring people to bring out their inner artist really comes through her work. Since that workshop my creativity has really skyrocketed. Thank you my friend!” - Will
Testimonials for Tania LoveHeart:
"I am so grateful for our connection, where I once felt afraid to live my life, I am not anymore. Your affirmation guidance and self-love exercises has directed me into creating my own reality, is a core structure in my life these days. I question the validity of my fears and in doing so I recognise they are something more to move through, something else to create new. In saying this, it is still a huge work in progress, and I am just so happy that I am free. That’s how I feel – FREE. I love you Tan, you will never know the depth of your guidance and how this has made an impact on my life, it is so heartfelt, I do not know how to express it." - Cherry
