Womens Healing Art Circles

🦋 We invite you to our Womens Healing Circles 🦋 as part of the Wild Heart Sisterhood 🦋

Kind words from other women:

“Thank you Mel for holding space for us so beautifully. To hold hands with other women in circle is so nourishing for my soul. Your warm, caring nature and hearing your own story of how you have healed yourself created such a beautiful, safe space for each of us to also open up and share vulnerably. So much gratitude to you sister for creating this beautiful circle where we can share from our hearts and also through art which has always been nerving for me. But you helped us feel so comfortable to open up our creative side and to be able to do so without judgment. I’m looking forward to coming along to more of your circles as I step more into this year to go deeper on my healing journey. 💖 - Nic”

“The intuitive art allowed me such deep connection and produced radical shifts. I love implementing what I learnt on a regular basis. Melissa is a beautiful soul and her work is profound. I really recommend attending this!” - Amelia

Womens Healing Art Circle

Let’s gather together as women as we sit in circle just as our ancestors have for multiple generations, as we acknowledge, heal & integrate the layers through art, meditation, reflection and sharing, to release what no longer serves us so we can walk our path as women with love, strength and softness.

During this circle, we will create connections with other like minded women as we heal collectively, through a mindfulness practise with reflection questions, followed by powerful sharing, supporting each other with love and softness. We will create expressive freeform art as a way to release emotions and sensations through visual form rather than words, focusing on the process rather than the outcome (no experience necessary) and closing with a meditation. Each circle will have a different theme for healing, and Melissa will share different ways to calm the nervous system.

This is for women who:

✨️ want to dive deeper in their own healing journey while surrounded by other like-minded women

✨️ are feeling the desire to be seen, heard and held

✨️ are open to exploring different ways to express emotions / sensations

✨️ are open to exploring their creativity and using art as a healing tool

What they say:

“Your birth story healing circle allowed me a beautiful sacred space to reconnect and process emotions I wasn’t aware of holding onto. It also helped me accept, share and let go of feelings that I had not previously acknowledged and it brought me even closer to my partner. I’m so grateful to have been a part of this beautiful circle and to meet and share stories with other amazing strong women! Thank you Astara and Mel”  - testimonial from Ebba
